There are many small and big businesses in the U.S and with this comes convience but also results in negative affects such as pollution and other harmful acts on our environment. Many businesses need to start conserving and coming up with alternate ways to produce and conserve to make our environment more healthy. I'm all for indutrialization and economic progress but feel that we should take all measures neccessary to help slow down the bad affects put forth because of our progress.
Wal-Mart has begun a new plan to conserve on energy, but this is likely a result from high energy prices, not completely full heartedly to become "greener". Hopefully Wal-Mart's greener money saver idea on conserving energy will cause other competitors to want to follow as well.
